Parboiled rice, class 1, long grain, cultivated in the southern region of Brasil and its parboiling process is performed by an industry  equipped with modern machinery, in strict compliance with quality, good manufacturing practices and food safety standards.

The term “parboiled” comes from the merging of the expression “partially boiled”. That is because the rice, before being peeled, undergoes a partial boiling process, called hydrothermal treatment, during which a great deal of the nutrients contained in the husk migrate to the grain and there they remain after the end of the process.

Parboiled rice is the second most nutritious, rich in proteins, fibers, vitamins and minerals. Whereas the white rice is poor in proteins, minerals, vitamins and fibers; and rich in carbohydrates (sugars).



Primary packing:

1kg or 5kg plastic bags;

Secondary packing:

30 kg bundles containing 30 bags of 1 kg or 6 bags of 5 kg each.

20’ container: 800 bundles - gross weight: 24,000.00kg.
